Yardbird by 50 Eggs Hospitality has announced a Bourbon Dinner Series featuring an evening of bourbon and cuisine from Yardbird's culinary team. Guests can expect a multi-course dinner paired with spirits and cocktails highlighting the Knob Creek portfolio. This dining event will give guests a sneak peek into the launch of Yardbird’s own barrel-aged bourbon in partnership with Jim Beam. 

The dinner will take place at the Yardbird Chicago location on April 19th. Each dinner will feature a four course dinner and bourbon pairing for $140 per person. Tickets can be purchased on OpenTable. The menu will Include:

  • Course 1/For The Table: House Charcuterie Board
  • Paired with: Whiskey Buck - Knob Creek 9 Year, Lemon, Ginger Beer
  • Course 2: Skillet Seared Jumbo Scallops with Edamame, Hominy, Pear, Onion, Umami Sage Broth
  • Paired with: Brown Derby -Knob Creek Rye, Grapefruit, Thyme
  • Course 3: Stuffed Crispy Yardbird Fried Chicken with Foie Gras, Sunchokes, Celeriac, Pickled Mustard Seed Jus
  • Paired with: Knob Creek Old Fashioned - Knob Creek Single Barrel, Orange Bitters
  • Course 4: Lemon Pistachio Meringue Tart with Pistachio Mousse, Lemon Bar, Raspberry Meringue
  • Paired with: French 95 - Knob Creek 9 Year, Orange Blossom, Sparkling Wine
