Beginning this Saturday, October 6th, Union Full Board, the neighborhood’srecently-opened Detroit-style pizza and Italian comfort food hotspot, is announcing a brand-new weekend brunch including breakfast pizza and a full menu of elevated takes on breakfast classics alongside their full pizza, sandwich and salad offerings.
BATTER UP FOR BRUNCH: Every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, upgrade your brunch as Chef/Partner Vince DiBattista steps up to the plate with dishes such as the NYC Morning, a breakfast-inspired interpretation of the restaurant’s Detroit-style pizza topped with smoked salmon, capers, red onion tarturo and dill and arugula herb salad ($16) or spins traditional favorites like Ricotta and Lemon French Toast or Shrimp and Cheese Grits with two sunny side up eggs. For a little hair-of-the-dog, sip on a thirst-quenching morning cocktails such as the Let The Day Be-Gin, a refreshing mixture of gin, muddled strawberries, honey, lemon juice and Greek yogurt, or the Blind Rabbit made with carrot juice, pisco, ginger liqueur, lime juice and absinthe rinse.
