On Tuesday, October 11 at 6:00pm, WoodWind will host a Nosotros Tequila + Dinner pairing, curated by WoodWind's head mixologist Carolina Gonzalez and Executive Chef Alex Cabrera. Priced at $120/person, the one-night only dining experience will feature a welcome cocktail, three-course dinner paired with Nosotros Tequila, and a special Nosotros Tequila tasting led by one of Nosotros’ own educators. The full menu includes:  

1ST COURSE – BLANCO 

RED SNAPPER CROQUETTES | aji amarillo cream, black lime, micro cilantro 

CILANTRO MARTINI | Nosotros blanco, cilantro-infused vermouth, aloe vera liqueur, microgreens, citrus pearl 

2ND COURSE – MEZCAL 

CRISPY PORK BELLY | "gallo pinto" risotto, cipollini onion rings, garlicky mojo 

GRANIZADO DE LIMON | Nosotros mezcal, cacti syrup, limon, prickly pear, edible gold leaf 

3RD COURSE – AÑEJO 

CHURROS DE COCO | cream cheese fondue, guava & orange marmalade 

NOSOTROS MADERA TEQUILA AÑEJO | humo de canela, hand-carved diamond ice
