Winter Wine Tasting at III Forks

III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will hold a "Sommelier for a Day" winter wine tasting event on Wednesday, January 4. Starting at 5 p.m., wine specialist Jessica Marshall-Bruckner will lead participants through a sampling of six selections from California (outlined below) paired with an array of hors d'oeuvres crafted by Executive Chef Cedric Harden. Guests may sip, swirl and savor each varietal and then vote on their favorite to be featured for the month. The fee to attend the tasting is $20 per person. To RSVP, call III Forks at 312.938.4303.
