Novo, located in downtown Oak Park's historic Hemingway District, will hold a fun and educational wine and cheese tasting on Sunday, December 18. Starting at 4 p.m., the hour-long event will feature four types of cheese, each paired with a white and red wine selection (menu outlined below). Participants will taste through an array of cheese styles as they learn the basics of cheese and wine pairing. Wine director Neb Mrvaljevic has selected eight unique pairings that elevate the cheese tasting experience and enhance the proper characteristics and flavors.
