Windy City Smokeout returns to Chicago’s United Center (1901 W. Madison Street) on July 13-16, 2023. The Windy City Smokeout will celebrate its 10th anniversary with this year’s BBQ line-up featuring 30 pitmasters, including eight new teams, offering a mix of new school and old school ‘cue dishes throughout the festival weekend. 

The full 2023 BBQ line-up includes:
