  • GARDEN ROLL - local greens, basil, mango, avocado, asparagus, cucumber, nori, ponzu sauce

  • PANDA - shrimp tempura, tobiko, scallions, sriracha, cream cheese, tempura crisp, unagi sauce, wasabi aioli

  • RED DRAGON - shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, unagi, jalapeño, avocado, tempura crisp, unagi sauce

  • RAINBOW - crab, tuna, salmon, escolar, yellowtail, avocado, asparagus, sesame

  • SUMMER OF SUNDA - tuna, salmon, mango, avocado, asparagus, local greens, basil, ponzu, soy paper

  • MIDORI - hamachi, wasabi tobiko, avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, cucumber, lime

  • SPICY “TAIL OF TWO TUNAS” - spicy tuna, escolar, fried shallots, spicy mayo

Sushi by Bou locations (Hotel Lincoln, Claridge House and Emily Hotel) will offer a complimentary round of sake to all guests who order the 12-course omakase.

Lure Fishbar

Lure Fishbar has a special roll for Sushi Day - eight pieces of the Black Pink Roll for $25.00. Inside, guests will find Spicy Tuna, Oshinko, Asparagus, Avocado and Special spicy mayo. On the outside, 8 pieces of salmon seared with Truffle Oil and a sprinkling of Hawaiian lava black salt and Romano cheese.
