Bottleneck Management’s Bottlenectar is an exclusive beer brewed in collaboration with Goose Island Brewery. Bottlenectar is a light-bodied pale ale with a crisp balance of bitterness that showcases its unique Huell Melon hops. The hops are used twice – once in the kettle while brewing, and a second time for dry hopping – which creates a sweet melon aroma. The partnership was forged in 2016 and is the first of its kind for both companies, and Bottlenectar is available at all Bottleneck restaurants and bars, including Old Town Pour House, Sweetwater Tavern & Grille, South Branch Tavern & Grille, and City Works.

The Signature Room

The Signature Room, Chicago’s ‘elevated’ restaurant located on the 95th floor of the 875 N. Michigan Ave. building, offers an exclusive beer called Top View Brew. Created in partnership with suburban Crystal Lake Brewing in 2019, Top View Brew is a golden wheat ale with a smooth malt sweetness, low bitterness, and bright lemon aroma. Top View Brew is exclusively offered at The Signature Room by the can and in 6-packs to take home.
