Bazaar Meat 

A take on a "taco", José's Taco at Bazaar Meat is made with jamón ibérico de bellota as the "shell", filled with Osetra caviar and topped with gold leaf. 

BLVD Steakhouse

Chef Joe Flamm’s Fulton Market steakhouse is introducing a limited-time caviar special in honor of National Caviar Day on July 18. To start your meal, enjoy the Burrata, Chive Oil, Grilled Bread and Caviar special for $25. 

Sepia

On Sepia's four-course menu, guests can select the Golden Kaluga Caviar course featuring smoked halibut, grilled spinach, topped with shiro dashi butter.

Esmé

On the current menu, Chef Jenner Tomaska serves guests a course in the shape of a sunflower featuring Prawn, Osetra Caviar, topped with Green Tomato and Celery Hot Sauce.

The Loyalist

Celebrate National Caviar Day with the Omélette à la Loyalist featuring 15g Kaluga caviar, Spence Farm eggs, beurre blanc and camembert.

Lure Fishbar

National Caviar Day at Lure Fishbar will feature a happy hour caviar dish, "The Whale." Available daily during happy hour from 4pm to 6pm, "The Whale" features 1 oz. of Kaluga Caviar with a Half Bottle of Nicolas Feuillate Champagne ($130). On July 18 only, Lure will also offer guests 1 oz of super chilled vodka and a caviar bump on a blini for $15.

Sushi by Bou

National Caviar Day is Tuesday, July 18th and Sushi By Bou is celebrating by adding a 13th piece to their menu for the night at all Sushi By Bou locations called Caviar Dreams. The piece is made with chopped bluefin tuna and chive topped with caviar. Available on July 18th only by using the code word "CAVIAR DREAM".

Venteux

Venteux's team is rolling out a host of specials in celebration of the national day. Guests can select Beluga caviar “bumps" served on pearl spoons for $10 a pop or opt for the Bumps & Bubbles special — .2 ounces of Beluga caviar served alongside a flute of Faire la Fete Brut for $25. Only available in the evening.

Maple & Ash

Maple & Ash is ringing in National Caviar Day with a "Bumps & Bubbles" Cart. Caviar and Champagne will be roaming around the dining room to serve guests table side. Take your pick between a taste of Kaluga, Ostera or Siberian, and the pros will recommend one of three Champagnes to complement your caviar of choice. Guests can also order an off-menu option: the Blackout Oyster — a Beau Soleil Oyster topped with a serving of Kaluga caviar, then set on a chilled vodka shot served in a crystal glass. Available all day on the patio for $26.
