Starting on Friday, February 11, The Kitchen American Bistro (316 N. Clark Street) debuts weekend brunch featuring global flavors and kcocktails. Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-3PM, the menu features starters such as their housemade Cruffin with lemon-ginger curd, gingersnaps and crème fraiche and mains like a Lobster Roll with dashi aioli and house crab boil chips, Belgian Waffle with spiced apples, almond crumbles, and whipped cream; and Chilaquiles with farm eggs, roasted chicken, salsa roja, cotija, pepitas, crema, pickled red onion, radish and cilantro.
