Vol. 39 returns for World Whiskey Day this week at Kimpton Gray Hotel. The cocktail lounge will reopen May 19 with a new menu featuring handcrafted cocktails and over 70 whiskeys from around the world.
Located on the second floor of the Kimpton Gray Hotel, Vol. 39 raises a glass to mid-century Chicago, while introducing a sense of contemporary to its cocktail bar atmosphere. From pre-dinner drinks to nightcaps, the Loop bar offers up a selection of custom cocktails with a nod to the classics, known and newly discovered beer and wines and a collection of spirits from every part of the world.
