On Tuesday, February 13, guests are invited to a 4-Course Caymus Wine Dinner Experience at Violi (260 Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook). The experience is inclusive of a welcome beverage, an interactive chef and sommelier experience and 4-course dinner with wine pairings.

The full menu includes:

  • First Course

Beef Carpaccio with wagyu aioli, capers, lemon, arugula

  • Second Course

Pan Roasted Scallops with skordalia, lemon-caper butter, sourdough crouton 

  • Third Course

Deconstructed Pastitsio, short rib ragu, béchamel, fresh black truffle

  • Fourth Course

Chocolate Tart, dark chocolate mousse, brown butter ice cream, toasted hazelnut
