Two Chicago restaurants have teamed up on a special limited-run sandwich collaboration for spring. Thai Dang, Chef and Owner of HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen, is partnering with Hannah’s Bretzel, the German sandwich shop on two collaboration sandwiches that will blend German and Vietnamese flavors and ingredients. The sandwiches are available at Hannah’s Bretzel locations beginning Monday, March 21.

  • Five Spice Chicken: Roasted Chicken, Pickled Red Onions, Vietnamese Herb Salad, Pickled Green Papaya and Carrot Mayo

  • Ribeye Steak & Eggs: Eggs, Lemongrass Ribeye, Vietnamese Herb Salad, Wisconsin Farmhouse Cheddar, Pickled Green Papaya and Carrot Mayo

Made on the signature bretzel (pretzel bread), the sandwiches each meet Hannah’s Bretzel eco-friendly standards by making sure they only use locally-sourced ingredients that leave the smallest environmental footprint possible.
