Vela Bar y Cocina has launched brunch, inspired by Mexico City. Executive Chef Jorge Angulo's menu has Gorditas, Vuelve a la Vida and Morita-glazed pork belly with his Platillo Árabe. You'll find other regular brunch dishes like eggs, chorizo rojo links and French toast. 

Brunch cocktails with Vela feature Micheladas, Mimosas and their new Bloody Maria (it’s green) made with Código Blanco Tequila. 

Brunch with Vela takes place every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are available via OpenTable.
