New to the Andersonville neighborhood on Chicago's north side is the Uvae Fromagerie & Tasting Room (5553 N Clark St.). The Fromagerie is a retail wine, cheese and charcuterie store with a lineup of sommelier-hosted weekly wine tastings.
The Fromagerie houses goods from local and regional purveyors like Andersonville Fine Foods and Twidley Bits. Shoppers will find a rotating selection of meats and cheeses like goat cheese from Blakesville Creamery in Wisconsin along with conservas (assorted tinned fish from Portugal), jams, butters, wine accessories and more.
