The Chicago Firehouse restaurant will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a prix fixe menu, available Friday, February 14. Executive Chef Greg Biggers has crafted four courses that include selections such as oven roasted oysters, mushroom truffle ravioli, lamb lollipops, European sea bass, braised beef short rib, prime ribeye steak Diane for two, white chocolate and strawberry mousse cake, and chocolate fudge cake. The Valentine's Day dinner is priced at $89 and guests have the option of adding suggested wine pairings for an additional $38.
The South Loop-located steakhouse, housed in a historic landmark building, is open on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
