V-Day French American Edgewater

The newly opened Edgewater eatery will feature a special three course couples prix fixe on Tuesday, February 14 from 4-11 p.m. In addition to the a la carte dinner menu, Chef Jesse Lee will offer a Valentine's Day tasting menu for two for $80 per couple (or $170 with a bottle of Billecart Rosé Champagne). The menu, outlined below, features the choice of starter (lobster risotto; hoisin short rib), entree (half chicken in cassoulet; whole pork loin) and dessert (passion fruit creme brulee; chocolate hazelnut tart).

Lobster Risotto - foie gras, kabocha squash, mustard greens
