Dusek’s -- the tavern within historic Pilsen venue, Thalia Hall from 16 On Center -- has some upcoming happenings including ticketed dinner collaborations with beer and wine partners, a newly launched pre-fixe menu (perfect for a cold weather date night), and music programming in speakeasy-style sister-concept, Punch House.

Festival of Barrel Aged Beer Dinner - Dusek’s X New Belgium Beer

  • Date: Thursday, November 18, 6pm-9pm

  • Details: Celebrate the Festival of Barrel Aged Beer with a Dusek’s dinner curated by Executive Chef Ben Truesdell and paired with New Belgium beer. Dine in the concept’s beer cellar, with New Belgium representatives on site for a guided tasting on background and flavor profiles. Limited tickets (24 guest spots in total).

Limited Addition Wine Dinner - Dusek’s X Constant Crush Wines

  • Date: Thursday, December 2, 6pm-9pm

  • Details: In collaboration with Constant Crush Wines, Executive Chef Ben Truesdell, Pastry Chef Ashley Robinson, and Chef Tyler Houston of Dusek's Tavern have curated a pre-fixe dinner around natural wine without the additives.

'Let Us Feed You' - Pre-Fixe Option

  • Details: Chef-selected favorites for the table to share. A date night option or pre-show spread for upcoming cozy fall and winter nights. 

  • Price: ($55 per person, full table participation only)

  • Booking: This experience is not pre-bookable, but guests can set a regular reservation and then the server will share the day’s pre-fixe menu.

November Song Selectors - Punch House

  • Details: Punch House, the speakeasy-esque bar below Dusek’s, has confirmed its ‘Song Selectors’ for this month.
