Arami owner and Certified Sake Professional Ty Fujimura will be exploring the world of sake in the Introduction to Sake class on August 24. The class will focus on several distinctive breweries in Japan, including Arami’s very own house brew Ichi No Torii. Taste the different flavor profiles and learn sake basics in this intimate tasting. Participating guests who choose to dine-in after the class will receive 10% off their meal.
The class will offer izakaya snacks and five sakes from unique regions in Japan, including:
OKUNOMATSU "Deep Pine Forest" Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling, melon, honey
ICHI NO TORII "The First Gate" Tokubetsu Junmai, hazelnut, soft cocoa, umami
$40 per person, not including tax and gratuity. A credit card is required to hold all reservations. Cancellations must be made no later than five days in advance.
