CRAP BEER DAY | PALATE CLEANSER
On Sunday May 24th, Thalia Hall will celebrate that special beverage we all love to love. The ever refreshing, ice cold, easy-drinking crap beer. You know the stuff — it’s filling the back of your fridge, it’s your go-to partner for life’s everyday activities, it just feels good.
The folks at Thalia Hall love craft beer and drink it every day. But, by the end of a week celebrating all things high gravity, hoppy and barrel aged, sometimes a little palate cleanser can't hurt. After savoring all that amazing beer, we'd like to just drink some beer.
So come knock back a few with us. There will be $1 beers in excess, including Mickey’s, Lone Star, Schlitz, High Life, Budweiser and Hamm’s that will also come in crap beer buckets. High Life 40s will be available for bottle service and High Life ponies will be on hand for fish feeding time at Punch House (that's at midnight, in case you didn't know). The Golden Horse Ranch Band will be teaching us to square dance, we will be doing blind taste tastings and just having a good ol’ time.
Stop into Dusek’s beforehand to build your base with some of our fine brunch offerings or enjoy some bites from the sausage cart in the Hall. Thalia Hall will open her doors early at 4pm for your sudsy pleasures with a classic rock DJ and festivities will start at 5pm. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased on Ticketweb.
