Participating chefs include Bill Kim of UrbanBelly, Jesse Li of QXY Dumplings, Joe Fontelera of Boonies, Andrew Lim of Perilla, Zubair Mohajir of Mirra, Nate Hoops of Phodega, and Kevin Yu of 2d restaurant.
The event is Sunday, May 4th from 1-4pm at Time Out Market Chicago in Fulton Market. Tickets are $65 and include one dish from each of the six chefs, as well as one welcome cocktail. A portion of the ticket sales will go toward Asian Americans Advancing Justice, an organization that builds power through collective advocacy and organizing to achieve racial equity. Tickets are available via Eventbrite.
