Thorn Restaurant & Loungelocated in The Rose Hotel Chicago O’Hare, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton Hotel, located at 5200 Pearl St., is changing its menu alongside the changing seasons. The new menu includes seasonal dishes of Autumn. Menu items will be available beginning October 5 for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Guests can choose from the new breakfast and lunch menus that include: 

  • Quinoa Hashwith two fried eggs, quinoa, kale, feta cheese, wild mushrooms, fresh avocado and crisp cilantro
  • Breakfast Burrito with chorizo, red peppers, onion, cheddar cheese, avocado, salsa, and hash browns, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla
  • Butternut Squash Soup, topped with crème fraiche, toasted pecans, fried rosemary, and multigrain bread
  • Mole Burgeran 8oz. beef cheek and chorizo burger, Havarti, avocado, a white bean hummus, mole negro, with a fresh potato bun and fries; to name a few.

As a dinner entrée, guests can select from: 

  • Pillow Gnocchi with semolina ricotta gnocchi, fresh roasted butternut squash, pancetta, smoked shallots, sprigs of fried rosemary and shaved Manchego cheese
  • Fall Flatbreadcomplete with blue cheese, Italian sausage, roasted apples, arugula, walnuts, bacon, and a garlic and herb Boursin
  • Pesto Flatbread, topped with cremini mushrooms, burrata, feta, a rosemary pesto and sundried tomatoes
  • Old Smokeyfresh arugula, apples, spiced pecans, goat cheese, fried oats, and a smoked honey mustard
  • Braised Short Rib, a fine red wine braised short rib cooked to perfection with a blue cheese polenta, sauteed kale, fried Brussel sprouts and topped with a Bordelaise sauce; among others.

For dessert: 

  • Banana Bread Pudding complete with white chocolate, caramel and a creamy vanilla bean gelato
  • Nutella Flatbread, with Nutella, pecans warm marshmallow, banana, caramel and topped with an applewood smoked sea salt.
