Soul & Smoke is teaming up with Chicago-based Metropolis Coffee to create a coffee rub in honor of National Coffee Day. Made with Metropolis Coffee’s signature Dark Roast Cold Brew blend, Chef D’Andre Carter has combined the  flavors of Cold Brew coffee beans with his signature spice blend. 

From September 30 to October 2, Soul & Smoke will offer a Coffee Rubbed Wagyu Beef Back Rib available at both Evanston and Avondale (Rockwell on the River) locations. Every order will be complete with three bones per serving and available in limited quantities for $39. Online ordering for both locations is available on Soul & Smoke’s website.

Soul & Smoke’s Coffee Rub will also be available for a limited time by the bottle and sold exclusively at Soul & Smoke Evanson and Avondale.
