Third Rail Tavern To Host Lagunitas Beer School

The Lagunitas Brewing Co. was founded to support beer-lovers by creating and unifying their needs from coast to coast and beyond. Hailing from Petaluma, California, Lagunitas Brewing Company has made its mark on the Chicago-land area after building a 250,000 barrel-a-year facility in Pilsen. The midwest has welcomed Lagunitas with open arms, which has significantly impacted Illinois by launching the state into the top 10 in beer craft production.

The beers on draft at the Lagunitas Chicago Brewery come with a story behind each pour, bringing together the culture and history of Lagunitas IPA, A Little Sumpin' Sumpin', WTF and Fusion XXX. The WTF, also known as Wilco Tango Foxtrot, is a malty, robust, recovery ale that was created in 2008 after the market crashed and the Fusion XXX, a Belgian Strong Pale Ale with complex and delicate flavors, serves as the first ever fusion beer with Chicago.
