Located in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, The Smith recently added new menu items featuring summer produce and flavors . 

A few of the new menu items include: 

  • Watermelon Gazpacho, yellow tomatoes, cucumber, pickled red onion

  • Tomato Arancini, parmesan risotto, mozzarella, basil aioli

  • Corn Off The Cob, shishito peppers, ricotta salata, cumin aioli, cilantro

  • Shrimp + Guac, chilies, sesame, lime, crispy blue corn tortillas

  • Squid Ink Tagliatelle, sautéed shrimp, tomatoes, chilies, crumbled, garlic bread

  • Fork + Knife Fried Chicken, jalapeño cheddar grits, peach chutney, hot honey

  • & more!

The new seasonal menu also includes new cocktails with a similar approach, showcasing fresh fruit in drinks like the Last Splash, featuring gin, strawberry, rhubarb, lemon, and soda. The Cannonball combines tequila blanco, watermelon, poblano, chili, lime, and soda, for sipping on the dog-friendly patio.
