Nobu Hospitality, the globally established lifestyle brand founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, has opened the doors to The Rooftop at Nobu (155 N. Peoria Street) located atop the Nobu Hotel Chicago. 

Perched 11 stories above Chicago’s West Loop, The Rooftop features light fare, a wide range of sakes imported exclusively for Nobu, cocktails, wines and panoramas of the city’s skyline.

The menu consists of Shuko, or small plates, featuring such dishes as Nori TacosBlack Cod Lettuce Cups and New Zealand lamb and chicken Kushiyaki. A selection of Nigiri, Sashimi and Sushi Maki all round out the rooftop bites. 

The Rooftop beverages include a range of sake varietals, a list of wines, Champagnes and sparkling wines by the bottle and glass, as well as Specialty Cocktails, like the Nobu Sidecar with Iwai "Tradition" Blended Japanese Whisky, Yuzu & Torres Magdala, and the Chi-Town Cooler with El Dorado 3 Year Rum, Plantation Pineapple Rum, Campari, demerara sugar, pineapple and yuzu.

On the evenings of Wednesday, July 1 through Saturday, July 4, The Rooftop at Nobu Hotel will feature DJ Akib.  The venue will offer other live music and DJ performances throughout the summer months. 

Open daily from 4 pm to 10 pm, reservations are recommended as seating is limited.
