The Robey’s rooftop pool/bar Cabana Club is reopening with a new look and fresh food/drink menu on Cinco de Mayo. Cabana Club sits on the 6th floor of The Robey Hotel and offers views of the Chicago skyline from Wicker Park’s six corners. Cabana Club will open to the public at 11am daily from May 5th-September 4, 2023.

The beverage menu, crafted by Beverage Director Mike Choi, will offer a variety of summer-inspired cocktails such as Spiked Sweet Tea, $5 beers, Pisco Punch, and a brand new frozen version of their signature drink, the Oaxacan on Broken Glass, made with Banhez Mezcal, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, fresh lime juice, and habanero bitters. Frozen Margaritas and Piña Coladas will also be available ($13 ea) with flavors to add including: Prickly Pear, Mango, Blueberry, and Pink Guava. 

Executive Chef Michael Eliott’s reinvented food menu is inspired by Mexican BBQ with dishes like Jalapeno Cheese FrittersChipotle Chicken Quesadilla, BBQ Pork Tacos and more.
