Nic’s Organic Fast Food, the nation’s 1st QAI certified organic drive-thru chain, has announced the opening of its first store at 2101 Plum Grove Rd. in Rolling Meadows, IL in early 2017. Founded by Nicolette and Benjamin Brittsan, Nic’s delivers a classic fast food experience with a conscience, offering all the convenience and value of the traditional chains, without sacrificing quality or compromising guests’ health.
Nic’s Organic Fast Food presents fresh iterations of well-known fast food favorites, all certified organic and reasonably priced. From breakfast to organic burgers, organic fries to organic ice cream cones, and everything in between. The chain even embraces the beloved value meal, offering an organic sandwich, organic fries, and an organic drink for less than nine dollars. Everything at Nic’s is without hormones, antibiotics, GMO’s, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. Meats are humanely raised and sustainably sourced.

In line with its 100% certified organic menu, Nic’s Organic Fast Food offers a diverse selection of beverages that capture the fast food mentality while continuing the chain’s inherent mindfulness. Idaho-based Tractor Sodas, an all-natural soda company, pours from Nic’s fountains. In addition to waste-reducing boxed water, organic iced tea, and organic juices, Nic’s also serves organic and responsibly-sourced Allegro Coffee in hot and flavored iced varieties.
Hours of operation for the Nic’s Organic Fast Food in Rolling Meadows are as follows: Sunday-Thursday 6am-10pm (dine-in closes at 9pm) and Friday-Saturday 6am-11pm (dine-in closes at 9pm). Breakfast menu items are served daily from 6-10:30am.
