Boka Restaurant Group is pleased to announce that on Monday, February 2 they will unveil the new, sleek, retractable glass rooftop covering the patio at The J. Parker. Located on the 13th floor of the Hotel Lincoln, The J. Parker will now be able to offer their unbeatable views of Chicago's skyline and Lake Michigan year-round. In addition to the new state-of-the-art build out, The J. Parker will also boast a new food menu by Chef Paul Virant, and new drink menu by bartending veteran, Allie Kim to reflect the winter season, encouraging guests to cozy up and enjoy Chicago's winter months while sitting in a life size snow globe.
Chef Paul Virant has added new items to The J. Parker menu including a beef shank chili with smoked cheddar, crème fraiche, chow chow and crisp tortilla; a shrimp slider with spicy tomato aioli and pickled fennel served on brioche; and a rotating charcuterie selection from West Loop Salumi, served with eggplant-tomato caponata and focaccia. The J. Parker classics are still standing strong on the menu, like the bluegrass soy glazed chicken wings served with house kimchi, and a dry-aged beef burger served with butterkase cheese, horseradish mustard mayo, lettuce, charred onions and pickles on a pretzel bun.
The winter beverage program at The J. Parker, created by Allie Kim, will reflect the colder weather, with new flavor profiles and a variety of warm drinks. Some drink menu highlights include:
