The Forester Hotel Reimagines “Chef’s Table” With New In-Room Culinary Offering

The Forester Hotel has announced the launch of the “Culinary Experience” guest room package, now available to book. Located within Lake Forest, Executive Chef Christian Alejandro, the culinary mind behind the on-site restaurant, Oaken Bistro + Bar, will provide guests with a private meal prepared in their hotel suite. The menu, fully customizable to each guest experience, will include three chef-prepared and plated courses paired with two signature cocktails handcrafted by the Oaken Bistro + Bar in-house mixology team. 

Guests will be offered a Chef’s Choice welcome amenity upon arrival before the action begins. Chef Alejandro will tailor each course to guests' preferences, offering cuisine inspired by the flavors of Latin America, Italy and Creole, working with guests to create the dine-in experience paired with two signature cocktails. Following the evening, guests are offered breakfast for two at Oaken Bistro + Bar and a 2 p.m. late check-out.
