The Ferrer Foundation has announced a holiday fundraiser entitled Planting Seeds of Hope on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 from 6 to 9 p.m. Taking place at The Landmark Club at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Residences (118 E. Erie St.), guests will unite for a festive evening to support the Keeping Grounded Greenhouse Program, which provides hands-on horticulture, greenhouse experience and employment opportunities for Ferrer young adults – many of whom have been involved with the Foundation since childhood.
The evening includes an array of hearty, seasonally-inspired hors-d’oeuvres by Jordan’s Food of Distinction. The catering group will also pour craft cocktails from its sister beverage company, Spritzology.
Crafted wreaths, centerpieces, and holiday décor by Mariani Landscape will be available for purchase at the event, with 100% of the profits going back to the Keeping Grounded Program.
Uniting important figures in Chicago’s arts and culture sectors, Planting Seeds of Hope promises a memorable evening of celebratory giving.
