The Duplex (3137 W. Logan Blvd), a restaurant and bar concept that celebrates the city’s best up-and-coming chefs has announced its two newest “tenants”. The Duplex, which features rotating menus from local micro-concepts, has partnered with Chicago Chef David Rodriguez and sisters Michele and Jennifer Kaminski of 2 Korean Girls to bring burgers and modern Korean cuisine to the Logan Square neighborhood.
SPACE COW
The brainchild of Chef David Rodriguez and The Duplex owner LeQoinne Rice, Space Cow is a burger-driven concept that offers gourmet sandwiches and sides. Partially inspired by the Toy Story movie’s Pizza Planet restaurant, Space Cow.
Having grown up working in a variety of burger joints, Chef David has long wanted to create a burger concept of his own.

Co-Founders Jennifer and Michele Kaminski grew up in the restaurant business alongside their mother Chom “Sunny” Kaminski, who owned and operated a successful Korean restaurant in Indiana. Working alongside each other with Sunny and James Beard Award-winning Chef Allen Susser, Jennifer--Founder and Managing Director of digital marketing agency Social Thinkking--and Michele--a former event sales & marketing professional--honor their family traditions by sharing their cuisine with the masses.
The Duplex is open six days a week: 5 p.m. - midnight. Tuesday-Friday, 10 a.m.-2 a.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Sundays. Reservations can be made via Tock.
