The Dearborn Tavern has launched a new happy hour special and Crawfish Boil, bringing the bayou to Chicago.

Every Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. a new $20 Pizza & Beer happy hour special with be offered with your choice of The Dearborn’s signature tavern-style pizzas with a can of Lagunitas Lil’ Sumpin Sumpin or Daytime IPA.

The Dearborn transports guests to New Orleans with Executive Chef Aaron Cuschieri’s Cajun-inspired dinner special, available exclusively from Aug. 17 to 23, through his seasonal Crawfish Boil. Fans of the cooking competition on Bravo, Top Chef, will recall that Cuschieri was a contestant on the 2013 New Orleans season.

“When we filmed Top Chef in New Orleans, I fell in love with the authenticity and traditional Cajun dishes that they are known for,” remarks Cuschieri. “Even though it was years ago, these flavors and aromas immediately bring me back to memories of that amazing city, and I’m excited to share that experience with our guests in the heart of downtown Chicago.”

The specialty dinner is available for both indoor dining and on the new sidewalk patio, as well as pickup and delivery. Pickup can be ordered through Ritual and delivery through GrubHub.

The Dearborn is located at 145 N. Dearborn St., on the corner of Dearborn and Randolph streets in Chicago’s downtown theatre district. Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
