Graystone Tavern in Wrigleyville will host a weekend watch party for golf’s original major, The 149th Open Championship a.k.a. The British Open. Opening early at 6 a.m. from Thursday, July 15 through Sunday, July 18, Graystone will broadcast the tournament on 16 TVs indoors and six TVs in the newly weatherproofed outdoor beer garden.
Guests can order golf-themed cocktails ranging from $9 to $10 each like the Tito’s Transfusion with Tito’s Vodka and Owen’s Barstool Transfusion Mix, John Daly with Tito’s Vodka, lemonade and iced tea, an Irish Coffee and more. Specials will include $5 Truly, and $5 shots of Bushmills Irish Whiskey and Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey. For the early risers, Graystone will offer a Breakfast Sandwich with egg, pecan smoked bacon, arugula, tomato and Hollandaise creme.
The entire food menu will also be available for purchase with items like Avocado Dippers, Wings, Philly Egg Rolls, Wagyu Sliders, Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich, and Smash Burgers.
Graystone will also hand out FREE raffle tickets daily with a final draw on Sunday, July 18 featuring grand prizes like a Bushmills-branded Golf Bag. Daily draw prizes include Graystone-branded Vice Pro Plus Golf Balls and more.
