The Bristol recently launched a monthly menu series, called B-Sides. This $29 three-course menu is available Sunday through Thursday and focuses on a single ingredient across three savory courses.

Next up - Lobster will be the featured ingredient in all 3-courses throughout December:

1st: pumpkin soup, lobster, aleppo crema, tart apple saffron kabocha crisp

2nd: doppio ravioli, celery root, lobster fondue pickled beech mushrooms, pico de gallo ash

3rd: scallop & butter poached lobster, smoked sunchoke puree bbq sunchoke chips, finger lime

Optional wine pairings will be available for $19 and the entire dinner menu will be offered alongside the B-Sides option.
