The Board Room by My CharCUTErie in Libertyville is now serving brunch. 

Serving brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., The Board Room offers sharable dining, with a menu combining global ingredients. Options include: 

  • Orange Chicken & Churro, a version of Chicken and Waffles
  • Asian Huevos Rancheros with roasted kimchi hash browns, eggs (made to order) and roasted red pepper sauce served tableside
  • The Board Room’s Signature Chilaquiles with guajillo and epazote sauce, sour cream and queso
  • Brunch Charcuterie Board with mini quiches, candied bacon, bagels, fruit, cheese, salami and nuts
  • Bananas Foster French Toast with banana brandy maple syrup reduction and fresh strawberries
  • Petite Vanilla Pancakes with vanilla crème fraîche
  • A variety of sandwiches and flatbreads are also available.

The beverage menu provides guests with a selection of Mimosa, Rose Sangria and Spritzer Towers presented to the table. Drinks include The Whole Board Bloody Mary, which is topped with an arrangement of a beef slider, bacon, cheese cubes, grilled asparagus, onion ring, grilled cheese bite, blue cheese olive, sport pepper and pickle. The Veuve and Board brunch special includes a bottle of Veuve Clicquot and a small charcuterie board.
