The Blanchardcelebrates New Year’s Eve on Saturday, December 31 with a special 7-course degustation menu from Chef de Cuisine Ryan Burns.
The seasonally-inspired French menu starts with Ossetra caviar with smoked salmon, crème fraiche and brioche, followed by savory courses such as Foie Gras with quince, cocoa and coriander; Sea Urchin with tagliatelle, squid ink and mint; and Boeuf Bourguignon with carrot and béarnaise. The meal progresses to the cheese course with Raclette with Asian pear and mille feuille; and then to dessert with Pistachio Cake with oats, chamomile and coconut; and ending with Mignardises.
The menu is priced at $90/person, with wine pairings available for an additional $60. All prices exclude tax and gratuity. A la carte and degustation menus served until 7:30pm. Only degustation menu will be served beginning at 7:45pm. Complimentary Champagne toast at midnight for all guests present when the ball drops.
