The menu features items including Sweet Potato Salad with Blackberries, Smoked Salmon Rillette, Whole Pouisson with Truffle Stuffing and Gravy, Pomme Puree, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Concord Grapes, and Bread Service. A Holiday Assortment of Pies and Sorbets will be offered for dessert.
