Debbie Sharpe and Chef Thai Dang (HaiSous) are teaming up to bring their flavors and specialties to pop-ups at The Goddess and Grocer Fulton Market & Bucktown locations this winter.  

Longtime friends Debbie and Chef Thai are both champions of highlighting international cuisines in Chicago. They will create dishes that offer a taste of HaiSous’ flavors in Goddess items like sandwiches, wraps, and cupcakes. 

POP-UP DATES 

  • The Goddess and Grocer Fulton Market (911 W Randolph): Friday, January 27 - Sunday, January 29, from 11am-3pm (until supplies last). 

  • The Grocer and Grocer Bucktown (1649 N Damen): Friday, February 3- Sunday, February 5, from 11am-3pm (until supplies last). 

Debbie and Chef Thai will be on hand to mix and mingle with guests while dishing out the below: 

  • Dang Good Wings & Fries - Choice of: fix honey sriracha or HaiSous' caramelized fish sauce 

  • Steak & Egg Sandwich - Brioche bun, sauté ribeye & onions, scallion oil, dijonnaise, fried egg (Allergens: allium, nightshade, dairy, egg)

  • Crispy Chicken Bánh Mì - Caramelized fish sauce, pickled carrot & radish mayo, cucumber, slice tomato, lettuce, mint, cilantro (Allergens: allium, nightshade, egg)

  • Loaded Fries - Caramelized fish sauce, fried onions, scallion, cheddar cheese 

  • Lemongrass Tofu Wrap - Sauté firm tofu, tomato, lettuce, marinated cucumber, pickled cauliflower, spicy lemongrass avocado spread 

The Goddess and Grocer’s Executive Pastry Chef Alysha Dinatale worked with the Thai Pastry team to create sweet treats, including:  

  • Vietnamese coffee tres leches cupcake 

  • Lemongrass eclair with dark chocolate
