Dallas sushi restaurant in the sky, Kessaku, is headed to Chicago’s etta in Bucktown for one night only this month. 

On Tuesday, March 22 from 6pm-9pm, the Kessaku and etta teams will present a special omakase-style menu with Kessaku items like their Chitarra made Uni Cacio and roasted crab stick and their impressive Kessaku Tower featuring sashimi, tuna & truffle, hamachi & crispy ginger, oyster & caviar, plus prawns. A welcome cocktail and additional beverage accompaniments will also be served to keep the meal moving.
