Chef Sangtae Park and his team are teaming up with Chef Lee Wolenof Boka, Alla Vita, and GG’s Chicken Shop for a Beef Short Rib box.
TenGoku Aburiya’s Bento & Co. box with Chef Lee Wolen features beef short rib lacquered in a black garlic umeboshi glaze accompanied by kabocha squash tossed in poppy seed dressing and topped with chopped spiced pepitas and chiffonade shiso leaf. Sides also include TenGoku's specialty spicy tuna maki, tamago, seaweed salad & oshinko, rice, and miso soup.
Guests can select the limited edition collaboration box at TenGoku during the restaurant's lunch hours (11:30 am - 1:30 pm), starting January 7th to the 17th.
