Throughout World Autism Month, Taureaux Tavern's specialty cocktail “Uniquely You” will be offered the entire month of April. For every cocktail purchased, Taureaux Tavern will donate $1 to the non-profit organization Urban Autism Solutions, an organization dedicated to changing outcomes for young adults with autism and related challenges through an integrated community life that advances social and vocational opportunities. This specialty cocktail has a variety of fresh ingredients like Pear Liqueur, Elderflower Liqueur, Chopin Vodka, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup. The puzzle piece-shaped ice cubes align with the National symbol for Autism.

SPRING/SUMMER MENU ADDITIONS

Taureaux Tavern will offer a newly reimagined Spring/Summer menu. Guests can select newly added creations such as the Wild Striped Bass, a spreadable Burrata, or the fresh Salad Lyonnaise. New cocktail offerings include the Carajillo, a classic believed to have originated in Cuba, and the Le Kermit, which balances the sweet and bitter flavors of maraschino cherries and Midori melon liqueur.

April brings the second month of Taureaux Tavern’s Gourmet Days. Every Monday and Friday, diners can choose from a rotating monthly menu alongside the regular offerings. For April, diners can select a Lobster Chawanmushi appetizer, a Bone-In Pork Katsu with Japanese Vegetable Curry Udon entree, and a Matcha Panna Cotta dessert.
