Tatas Kitchen + Social Launches New Menu Items

On Saturday, August 17th, Tatas Kitchen + Social will be welcoming VPT Grill to the family, with a new menu launch collaboration with Chef Ivan and his Latin inspired VPT burgers. Chef Ivan’s new creations will be focusing on introducing guests to Latin inspired dishes.

Tatas Kitchen + Social focuses on giving back to the local community and hosting events that bring the neighborhood together, such as plays, live music performances, and networking opportunities, as well as celebratory milestones including birthday parties, anniversaries, retirement parties, weddings, baby showers, quinceañeras, and more. 

Here are new additions to the menu:

• VPT Burger - Applewood smoked bacon, mushroom and onion, sautéed in mild smoky chipotle sauce, aged cheddar, and chipotle aioli.
• Mucho Macho Burger - Steak sauce, pepper jack cheese, onion rings, guacamole and grilled jalapenos.
• La Gringa Burger Burger - Topped with al pastor(pork marinated in guajillo and spices), grilled onions, queso,  grilled pineapple and chipotle aioli.
• Firecracker Burger - Angus beef patty blended with bacon bits, roasted corn and chopped jalapeno, topped with pepper jack cheese, pickled habanero, pickled red onions and cilantro lime mayo.
• Blackhawk Burger - Beer battered patty stuffed with cheddar cheese deep fried, topped with lettuce, beer battered pickles and avocado aioli
• Santa Fe Burger - (Black bean or beyond) or patty of choice, organic mixed greens, grilled bell peppers, grilled onions, roasted garlic, avocado, smoked provolone cheese and roasted jalapeño aioli
• Portage Park Burger - Applewood smoked bacon, smoked provolone cheese, avocado, lettuce and chipotle aioli
• Birria Burger - Angus beef patty topped with beef birria queso, avocado, ,pickled red onion, chipotle mayo
