The Taste Talks All-Star
BBQ is back featuring over twenty top chefs from across the country and
around the world. On Sunday, October 4th, food enthusiasts
will flock to Palmer Square for a full day of culinary indulgence featuring
original BBQ creations from some of the best chefs around.
The All-Star BBQ is part of Taste Talks, the innovative and
experiential food and drink festival that attracted over 2,000 food enthusiasts
last year. From Friday, October 2nd to Sunday, October 4th, the event will feature symposiums,
talks, the All-Star BBQ, and exclusive dinners and parties with some of the
nation’s top chefs and food thought leaders.

and James Beard Award-winning chef Paul
Kahan, this year he teams up with fellow James Beard Award winner, author
and Michelin Star recipient April
Bloomfield, chef/owner of some of New York City’s top restaurants including
The Spotted Pig. To round out the group of culinary masters, Chef Fergus Henderson & Trevor Gulliver of St. JOHN Bar &
Restaurant in London and numerous “nose to tail” cookbooks head to Chicago to
celebrate one thing: food.
