Attendees to this year’s event can anticipate live entertainment from global bands and DJs, including, but not limited to, Ramona Flowers, Local H and Sincere Engineer, School of Rock, Hot Like Mars, Phantom Planet, and more. In addition to entertainment, this year’s Taste of Randolph is also featuring new children’s activities, including an inflatable bounce house and obstacle course, free craft tent, and more.
This year’s event will feature food and beverage offerings from venues like: After, Baked Cheese Haus, Chi-Tiva Café, Cone Gourmet Ice Cream, Cruz Blanca, Forno Rosso, Gino and Marty’s, The Goddess & Grocer, HIDE + SEEK, Matcha Cita, Nicholas High Quality Meats, Porkchop, Publican Quality Bread and Publican Quality Meats, and more.
“We’re honored to helm the torch for Taste of Randolph 2024 and have implemented some new features which not only give attendees the best experience possible, but also support local vendors and surrounding businesses on Randolph Street,” says Duff Entertainment owner, Duff Rice. “One of the most notable updates we’ve implemented this year, is eliminating tall fencing that have blocked businesses in the past. In planning the 2024 festival, we’ve been adamant about providing an inclusive event for all, and that means giving Randolph Street businesses the opportunity to be visible and accessible throughout the entire weekend. We’ve also managed the flow of the event, by placing merchant booths throughout the festival, so attendees have ample opportunity to explore everything the event has to offer with ease.”
Those attending may also note that this year’s event will implement an optional cashless purchase system, with vendors accepting all major debit and credit cards for food, drink, and merchant transactions. Upon entering the festival there will be a suggested $10 donation to support the event and West Loop Community initiatives. This suggested donation will help fund future WLCO special community projects and events, including Taste of Randolph 2024.
