Tanta will be popping up at this year’s Peruvian Fest taking place at Shabbona Park on Saturday, July 8th and Sunday, July 9th.
While immersing themselves in Peruvian culture with live music and performances, attendees can partake in Peruvian cuisine from Executive Chef Roberto Rocha (a native of Peru). Offerings include cebiche, chicken empanadas, anticuchon (veal), as well as chicken, potatoes, and salad. Try to stop at Tanta’s booth early as the first 100 guests will have the chance to experience Tanta’s Peruvian alfajores (South American dessert).
