Atomic Hospitality will unveil an 8,000 square foot rooftop pop-up above their newly opened pan-Latin restaurant, Tabu, located in Chicago’s West Loop. The rooftop will open Saturday, July 23 and remain open through the summer. Guests are invited to views of the Chicago skyline, as well as a selection of bites from Tabu’s menu, including a few new dishes by Chef Saul Roman, some that can only be ordered at the pop-up. They’ll also have a summer-friendly cocktail menu curated by Tabu’s Beverage Manager, Javier Arroyo.

The Tabu pop-up is a temporary offering from Atomic and the hospitality group will unveil a permanent rooftop concept in coming months.

Operating hours are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4-11 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. and on Sundays from 4-10 p.m.
