sweetgreen’s late summer menu will be rotating in on August 11, bringing two seasonal selections back to Chicago: the Elote Bowl and the Summer BBQ Salad. 

A sweetgreen twist on a Mexican street corn dish, the Elote Bowl features roasted corn, peppers, heirloom tomatoes, shredded cabbage, cilantro, goat cheese, spicy sunflower seeds, tortilla chips, warm quinoa, arugula, and a lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette. 

Also back is the Summer BBQ Salad made with hot seasoned chicken, fresh juicy watermelon, crunchy corn as well as shredded kale, chopped romaine, raw carrots, shredded cabbage, cilantro, and the creamy and light Green Goddess Ranch packed with fresh herbs. The Roasted Corn + Peppers Side Dish will also be making its return.

The menu will be available in Chicago through October 12.

sweetgreen will also be offering cold brew coffee from RISE Brewing Co. on its menu. Rise is an organic Peruvian coffee company that is dairy free, gluten free, and vegan.
