Chef Cheatham will have some Southern dishes from her cookbook Sunday Best on the menu, along with farm-to-table brunch items from Chef Ben Truesdell at Dusek's Tavern in Pilsen. Guests can meet Chef Adrienne Cheatham and leave with a personalized copy of Sunday Best.
With Sunday Best, Adrienne applies her classic French training and years of experience working in kitchens in NYC (Le Bernardin and Red Rooster). She was a runner up on season 15 of "Top Chef" and served as CDC under Marcus Samuelsson at Streetbird, where she received a Bib Gourmand, and Bermuda. She was on the opening team of Aldo Sohm Wine Bar and Privé. Chef Ben Truesdell(previously of Vie, Pacific Standard Time, Longman) highlights his 12+ year-long relationships with area farmers for fresh, seasonal dishes at Dusek's and offers brunch every Sunday from 10:30-2:30 pm!
