Sunda New Asian (110 W. Illinois St, Chicago, IL) has announced the last Sushi Rolling Class of the season - September 10, 2022. During the class, guests will learn the ancient art of sushi and maki making using seaweed wraps, sticky rice, spicy tuna, and more. Sunda New Asian’s chef team provides personal instruction on the creation of this traditional dish. 

During this 90 minute class, guests will learn to make Temaki (Sushi Handroll) & Futomaki ("Fat" Rolled Sushi). Each participant will receive the following ingredients for the class: salmon, spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, avocado, jalapeno, cucumber, seasoned sushi rice & seaweed paper 

Guests can also upgrade their experience with add ons like Wok Tossed Shishito Peppers, Spicy Edamame, Seaweed Salad, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Tiger Shrimp Tempura, Miso Cauliflower, Lemongrass Beef Lollipops, Lumpia.
